Prices for our products/ services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Products/ Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Products/ Services. We try to ensure that all the prices on our Website are accurate and error-free. However, on the rare occasion that there are any pricing issues on the order you have placed, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then be given the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

7. Returns and Refunds

German Kitchen Store Ltd does not accept any Returns as the items are bespoke and made-to-order. Under no circumstances do we offer Returns and as such, do not offer Refunds. On a rare occasion that the item is faulty/ damaged, we will do our best to fix the defect. However, please note that the repair service is only applicable when the defect is from our manufacturers’ side. Used items are not eligible for defect correction.

8. Shipment, Lead Time and Deliveries

Delivery is offered on orders valued over £3000.00.  If the total order value is less than £3000.00, free collection is available.  Shipment for an order may be multiple and Delivery attempts may be made several times until the order is complete. Late delivery does not constitute a reason for the buyer to cancel the order. We try our best to make deliveries in the shortest numbers possible. However as the items are shipped directly from the manufacturers we cannot confirm the exact number of delivery attempts. We also reserve the right to deliver the goods in more than one visit when deemed necessary. In no circumstances can German Kitchen Store Ltd be held responsible for lead times. These can change at any moment without warning. German Kitchen Store Ltd will attempt to ensure that this causes least inconvenience to your order. Any additional items normally have a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks. German Kitchen Store Ltd cannot be held responsible for longer Lead Times.

We offer a range of Delivery options. Depending on which delivery service you have selected, if there is no able person on site to help the delivery driver, German Kitchen Store Ltd has the right to return the shipment back to its warehouse. In this case, you will bear any additional cost associated with such Return/ Reverse Shipment.

If any items were lost or damaged in transit, we request that you report them directly to the delivery driver. All damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
