If your order value is under £3000, you can still place an order, but we can offer collection only.
We want to give our customers the very best value, and keeping our prices low means we cannot offer the subsidised delivery packages shown below for orders under £3000.

Your handleless kitchen will be shipped over from Germany and will be delivered on a luton van by a company we work very closely with on a daily basis.
We estimate between 3-7 weeks for delivery as all kitchens are custom-made to the exact specification and are shipped over from Germany. We will let you have a more accurate timescale once the order is placed.
We can accept orders and we are able to deliver your kitchen if you meet the following criteria:
Personal Declaration re Covid-19:
Once the Personal Declaration is signed and returned to us, we can arrange a delivery date for you.

In the light of the current situation, we would like to reassure all our customers that in placing an order for a Nobilia kitchen during the Covid-19 outbreak, we have confidence that Nobilia will be able to continue to fulfil all orders and make delivery in the agreed timescale.
“Today, our team, which includes most of Northern and Eastern Europe, discussed the situation at length and were offered lots of reassurance from our Senior Management Team. Nobilia have prepared, exceptionally well for the crisis, which should see that there will be no interruption to our operations.
1. Increasing our stock holding. We normally hold around 1 weeks’ worth of materials, but we have increased this by a further four weeks’ worth (total of five weeks). We actually don’t have any supply chain issues and can continue to fulfil all of your orders.
2. Purchased all necessary hardware for all of our order processing team to be able to work from home, if necessary. Of course, it makes sense to reduce the amount of people we have in the offices, in Verl, but in terms of your orders getting confirmed, the interruption will be minimal.
3. Logistics can continue as normal for the foreseeable future. Of course, the situation is changing by the day, but what I can say is that, in the countries where the most severe restrictions have been imposed, they are still letting our trucks in to deliver kitchens. We can’t see this changing for the UK.”
We can provide 3 tiers of delivery:
The Bronze, Silver and Gold packages are a fixed fee, depending on where you are based in the country at checkout there will be a millage calculator. This will calculate the distance you are from our showroom and price per mile accordingly. Alternatively you are more than welcome to arrange transport or come and collect the kitchen FREE of charge. An option for factory pick up will be at checkout.
Arrival of your Kitchen
Once we receive your order at our factory, we will quality check it to ensure it is complete and no items have been damaged in transit. If in the rare event we find there is a missing or damaged item, we will contact you immediately and order a replacement free of charge. This may take up to 3 weeks, depending on current Germany lead times.
Once the quality check has been completed we will contact you to let you know the date of delivery. If you have selected the Gold Delivery Option, you can choose a specific date at your convenience. All Delivery Options offer a text or call to alert you that your kitchen will be arriving within the hour.
