If your order value is under £3000, you can still place an order, but we can offer collection only or transport organised by yourselves

For Orders over £3,000.00
Your Nobilia kitchen will be shipped over from Germany and will be delivered on a luton van by a company we work very closely with on a daily basis.
We estimate between 3-7 weeks for delivery as all kitchens are custom-made to the exact specification and are shipped over from Germany. We will let you have a more accurate timescale once the order is placed.
We can provide a Premium delivery service:
The premium delivery service is a fixed fee, depending on where you are based in the country at checkout there will be a mileage calculator. This will calculate the distance you are from our showroom and price per mile accordingly. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to arrange transport or come and collect the kitchen for a £49 plus VAT handling charge. An option for our warehouse pick up will be available at checkout.
- Please note that costs are an accumulation of transport costs from Germany to the ports, import taxes, ongoing transport cost and storage at the German Kitchen Store warehouse.
- The final destination to your home is by way of the German Kitchen Stores own transport at the cost as calculated or by collection from our facility for the small handling fee as stated.

Arrival of your Nobilia Kitchen
Once we receive your order at our factory, we will quality check it to ensure it is complete and no items have been damaged in transit. If in the rare event we find there is a missing or damaged item, we will contact you immediately and order a replacement free of charge. This may take up to 3 weeks, depending on current Germany lead times.
Once the quality check has been completed we will contact you to let you know the date of delivery.
