Edge Design Decor Edge (D-Edge)
1.5 mm thick PP plastic lippings in worktop décor. All 90° outer corners have a square design. A rounded design with an outer radius of 20 mm is also optionally available at no surcharge. Inner corners are always finished with a radius of 30 mm. The PP edging is attached with waterproof PUR adhesive.
Slim Line worktops
• High density fibreboard (HDF), coated with laminate on both faces
• Material thickness: 16 mm, with 1.2 mm thick décor edge all around
• Maximum worktop width: 3400 mm
• Only square worktop shapes are possible: Roundings, profiling, cut-outs and notching are not possible
- Thickness: 38 mm
- Superior quality triple layer chipboard surfaced with durable plastic laminate panels
- Heat resistant up to 180°C with dry heat and up to 100°C with moist heat (DIN 68930)
- Worktop surfaces demonstrate a high degree of resistance to scratching and abrasion in accordance with DIN standard 68930
- Lateral cut edges are provided with décor edging
- The bottom face of the worktop is surfaced with a water repellent, resin impregnated paper and has a moisture protection seal along the rear edge
- All worktops are also supplied with a 9 metre long sealing strip for worktop cut-outs and for insulation of the worktop above dishwashers
