Tested for quality

We have a sophisticated control system for all process steps from receipt of goods to production and delivery. This enables us to guarantee the high quality of every single kitchen.

In addition to testing stations, up to 21 complete fitted kitchens are put through the paces of a quality audit every day. Quality, environment and energy are central to our company philosophy.

Every kitchen must meet stringent international quality, environment and energy guidelines.

Proof of quality

Proof of quality is done in a control testing laboratory. Furniture, components and materials must prove fit for daily wear and tear through extensive testing in our own quality control testing laboratory.

We stress-test kitchens for 15 years’ worth of wear and tear. All materials used are tested for this minimum service life.

Only furniture that has passed all the qualification tests in Nobilia’s testing laboratory is allowed in the new collection. The quality control testing laboratory is an essential element of our zero-error strategy.

Regular product audits, ramp audits (review of the unloading process) and return shipment reviews are vital components of our consistent quality assurance.
